At HeatFits, we want you to love your fit. If something's not right, here's how returns work.
Return window You have [14/30] days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items
- Final sale / clearance items
- Items marked "no returns" on the product page
- Gift cards
How to start a return Email us at Heatfitsinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within [1-2] business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).
Exchanges For a different size or color, the fastest option is placing a new order and returning the original for a refund.
Damaged or defective items Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at Heatfitsinfo@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Return shipping costs Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
